ThrillwareInc Shareware Licensing Agreement
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR THE USE AND REDISTRIBUTION.
YOU MUST ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THRILLWAREINC SHAREWARE !
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and ThrillwareInc.com regarding use of the ThrillwareInc Shareware software.

TERMS OF USE
The product and any subsequently acquired software components, updates and additions are licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you are not allowed to download, install or use the Software.

The Software is licensed for personal use. The license is not transferable, but you may install and register multiple copies on devices used by you and your immediate family using a single activation key. The activation key is to be seen as confidential information. We reserve the right to revoke a key in part or in full should it become publicly available, whether by intent or by mistake. In case of key revocation there will be no refund of the registration fee. A replacement key may or may not be offered to the original buyer at our discretion.

This license agreement applies to all ThrillwareInc Shareware products that may be downloaded, installed or used.

The Software is provided to you free of charge for a limited time only. If you accept the terms of this agreement, ThrillwareInc will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install and use the software for the duration of the evaluation period. If after the evaluation period you would like to continue using the software you must purchase a license key to unlock the software. If you do not wish to purchase a license you must remove the software from your system.

You are allowed and encouraged to distribute the Software in a non-commercial way. You may not charge any money to the person receiving the Software beyond your actual costs of distribution. Commercial periodical publications may distribute the Software on their cover disks without special permission.
The Software or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. No parts of the Software or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

All rights of this software and its related documents (including any files, images, texts contained the software, music, language) and all accompanying written materials are owned by ThrillwareInc or licensed by ThrillwareInc for use in the Software.
The Software is protected by the Austrian copyright law, international copyright treaty provisions and other laws and agreements on intellectual property.

DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "AS IS". You agree that by accepting this license, you are expressly acknowledging that the use of the software is AT YOUR OWN RISK. THRILLWAREINC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND ANY ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL THRILLWAREINC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THRILLWAREINC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any product or brand names mentioned in the software and associated manuals and files are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US THAT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
